Interventional Pulmonology

Interventional Pulmonology is a subspecialty of Pulmonary Medicine.  Interventional Pulmonologist are specifically trained in using advanced diagnostic and therapeutic bronchcoscopy including minimally invasive pleural procedures to help diagnose and treat various conditions in the lung and chest.  

Our complex airway disease programadvanced bronchoscopy program and pleural disease service explain the different options that help diagnose and treat different lung diseases, like lung cancer diagnosis and staging, central airway obstruction, pleural effusion, pnuemothorax and other lung diseases.

Our multidisciplinary team consists of interventional pulmonologist, thoracic surgeons, radiologists, oncologists and radiation oncologists. By bringing all these specialists together, we can provide a more precise treatment treatment tailored for each patient.
