If you have questions about your insurance coverage, please contact us at (212) 746-5161. We are available from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday to address your billing questions.
To help us assist you in the most efficient way, please have the following items on hand when you call:
- Copy of your insurance card(s), specifying your primary and any supplemental insurance
- Copy of your bill (if you have already been cared for by us as a patient)
- Copies of any correspondence from your insurance company (for established patients)
- Appropriate referral forms and/or pre-authorization approvals relating to your visit. Please contact your carrier to confirm if prior approval is required under your policy.
You will receive invoices from Weill Cornell Physicians for your physician's services and from NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital for your hospital stay and any other hospital services.
